The past few days I have encountered a small problem. Whenever I use a screensaver, and return to the pc and move my mouse, screensaver shuts off, but I get dialogue box which says, "Computer is blocked" and for me to submit a password, but if I clik ok, i just go on normally and no other problems. However over on settings for "Power" the box under "Advanced" which says, "Prompt for password when computer leaves Standby" is unchecked.

Please advise.

Right-click an empty part of the desktop and choose "Properties".
Click "Screensaver" tab.
Untick the option "On resume, password protect"
