I have been having some trouble lately with lots of blue screens but they always come back. Last week my computer did a repair without me scheduling it and since then I cannot open Outlook express unless I do it using a msimn shortcut I found when searching for help. However, emails download but will not open. I am getting email through a yahoo account which can also download my verizon account. I am not missing any emails but would like to know how to get this fixed. Reinstall outlook express?? If so how.

Would reinstalling Windows xp help or would that destroy all my files.

Any suggestions.

I did a system restore to several points and was told at all that I can't restore.
