I have a Memorex 20x MRX-530L v1. I have had it for a couple of months, and i cannot get it to burn a dvd. One thing i noticed is that when I turn my computer on or reboot it the drive tray comes out and stays out. I have to hold it closed for about 15-20 seconds until it stays closed. Also, everytime i try to burn a dvd with it is says that there is no disc in the drive. please, what could be wrong with it?
