I wanted to order my new computer later today from overclockers.co.uk but the motherboard I wanted is out of stock. I've been looking at other ones of the same make and I found one I think is identical to the one I wanted, only its a different make. I was wondering what differences there are and if it would make a difference to the hardware I've chosen?

Yes, they are basically identical. EVGA and XFX are probably the two best NVIDIA manufacturers, so you can't go wrong with either.
