I have noticed over the past few days that I am unable to Update Windows Defender and Windows Update. When I troubleshooted, I found that when I tried to manually download the updates, I was blocked from doing so. I checked this out and found that If I try to access any file from "download.microsoft.com," I get a "cannot connect to that address" error. Also, on a few other Microsoft websites I get redirected to msn.com.

I was just through the mal-ware forums and got my PC cleaned up, so that shouldn't be the problem. Thanks if you can help!
