I just switched to Comcast for voice and data at my home. They gave me a Motorola Surfboard SBV5220 cable modem with telephony.

I am unable to connect SONICWALL VPN client through modem. I also have Belkin Router but I have tested and it is not the problem (disabled the firewall, connected my computer directly to the Cable Modem, etc. )

When I go to the ADMIN page for the Modem, there are no Configurable Settings, I can't PORT FORWARD or do anything to try to get the VPN through.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have talked to COMCAST and they said, "they do not support VPN/Port Forwarding or otherwise provide any technical support on this matter." And since I am able to connect to the internet, then their service is working and I should be a satisfied customer.

Well 10 hrs later, I am not.
