Hp Compaq nx7300 LAN problem

Hey Guys All the drivers for nx7300 works fine for me my only problem is the LAN Broadcom BCM-440x. Every time i install it the device doesn't work properly. The LAN connection status is "LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY" i have checked the wire connection and every thing works. But the problem is the Laptop. Can anyone Help me please, i really need to solve this problem immediately. Thanks in advance, God bless us all!
