startup loading error

upon starting up my computer i get this error that says"error loading c:\windows\system32\digezuru.dll the specific module could not be found" at the desktop. is this something that needs immediate attention and how do i fix? thank you.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

i followed the instructions given on the wLogfile of
eb site but i'm still having problems. here's my hijackthis findings. thank you.

i posted my hijack this log on the hijack this forum but i haven't heard from you yet. message is titled startup error. thank you.
