I can not connect to any web page with IE, I ran diagnose problem with the results listed below

I ran Wndows XP diagnose and this was the result. When I try any address ie; Yahoo, Google ... I get the same

Could not make connection using FTP most likely cause is a firewall client runninmg on your machine and is blocking the FTP port

I use Mcafee thru AOL
Not sure how to connect via networking via safe mode. Clarification of IE, When I type a wb address and click enter IE satrts to find address but will not connect with address

I removed McAfee and downloaded AVAST and I now can acssess IE
