Self-Sending Virus

Just today my friend on MSN said to me that a virus was sending itself from my computer to him without me even realising. He told me that he had recent issues of the same, and that he went onto this site and he was helped. And so he recommended it to me.

So basicly this virus is sending itself to others on my MSN contacts list, And I need it fixed as soon as possible!
