Need some help. Can't get rid of Trjojan (Zlob) HJT Log inside.

Well, I've managed to get some type of trojan called Zlob. I clicked on a video that I was sent through a friend's wife on facebook. My flash player had been telling me it needed updated for like two months now and it it popped up before the video. I thought nothing of it and figured now was a good time to update. However, it was actually the trojan. I've used Spybot, AdAware, AVG, etc and I can't get rid of it. When I open a browser it autoredirects me to a security center auto trigger site and a pop up saying I'm infected. I've not clicked ok or anything to any of these as I knew immediately that there was something wrong. My HJT log is below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I did a system restore and it seems to have fixed the issue. I'm not getting any symptoms of the trojan now.
