Is there a site I can use to determine what video card will work on my PC?

The system is a stardard HP Pavillion 513n Desktop PC
CPU is an Intel Celeron 1.8 GHz Model 1 Stepping 3
it was free & my son uses it for school plus...that is what the problem is
he bought Sim City4 & now I am upgrading it
I am boosting the RAM to 2 G from 512 (free pc's dont come with much)

I cant tell what type of video card is compatible

Your board has no AGP slot therefore it is not possible to add a better graphics card. Realistically this computer is five years old, SimCity 4 makes the most of more recent hardware that unfortunately that computer can never use.

ok great

that makes that easy.

like i said it was free. he will just have to play his older version of SimCity.

Because He opened it already, he get to look at the packaging of SimCity4
