Well about a 2 months ago i started having the problem.the problem is this, Everything is working fine on my computer while offline,If i connect(which is a dial up connection) and start checking email or surfing or downloading from one singal site nothing really is affected, If i look at the status of my connection it will show the errors occasionaly happening, and i can surf with one browser window open for almost as long as i want with the errors occuring but generally i do not get disconnected.

When i have more than one window open and i am surfing around its aweful i cant go 20 minutes and the errors in the connection status are up past 100 and then it starts locking up and i get an microsoft error: us robotics driver interface error well i cant find anythiong about this, and from to talking to some supposed computer experts, they said do the basics so i checked for windows updates viruses, syware and all of that checked for updated drivers, etc. for my modem and everything else while i was doing it,Then actually went and got a new modem to rule the original out as the problem.Well i have not gotten anywhere i sttill constantly have errors leading up to a freeze and then the usr modem driver database error from microsoft.

Also if i was just to connect and use messenger clients aol yahoo icq, plus i can have my virus definitions downloading/updating, have sharing programs going like winmx. And i can have these all going at once but, It seems once i open explorer and start hitting websites it all goes bad and i cant figure out what to do or where to look for info.

So any info related to this will be greatly appreciated.I someone can help me get in the right direction. Thank You
