Hi,

I'm a really basic computer user and I've recently been having issues with what I think are some trojans on my computer. I've installed and scanned my computer with AVG, AdAware, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. These detected some malware, and said it was removed but I'm still having issues.

The key symptom is that I get random internet explorer windows popping up, or if I do a google search and click on a link, it takes me to a different webpage than the one I selected.

I heard about the HiJack This tool and thought I would give it a try. So, here I am and hoping to get some feedback on what I can do. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your help!
