"Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."

I didn't run windows in Safe Mode. Help me :)

Go Start>Run, type in:
services.msc
Click Ok.

In services window, scroll down to Windows Installer, and make sure, it's not set to "Disabled".

If it's not, grab a fresh copy of Windows Installer: http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en
