Thanks in advance for your help as I am out of loss - this is simply moving out of my league. I have what I believe is the trojan zlob virus and have run all the steps you specify should be run before posting the hijack this log. I have also run a couple of others including the noadware free addition, super antispyware, malwarebytes, and so on. While the system looks cleaner than before - it's still slow and cannot connect to the internet. Below I have pasted my HT log. Thanks again - Michelle
