hello.

i recently bought a proc, ram, hsf, and mobo from a shop, all still wrapped in the orginal package, but is discontinued products. When i installed everything and double checked by the manual, i tryed to boot it up and nothing happens. I get power to everything but i get no bios screen or n e thing in that fact. I havent tested n e of it cause i dont have another compy to play with right now that is compatible to that one. If n e one can help, i would be very greatful. Ty

Yea clutch is right we need the specs on the stuff you bought along with what psu (power supply). Understand we need to check for compatibility first and then move on from there.

Ok, the motherboard is a ECS P4ITA2. the proc is a 1.7 ghz P4 socket 423,and the ram is a set of 128 mb pc800 rdram. everything should be compatible, i double checked it before i bought it, and the psu im using is 400 watt, ive also got a 4x agp nvidia riva tnt 2 16 mb card, rest is entegrated into the the board, i also recently tryed the bios beep codes, but i dont get any beeps, so im thinking im over powering or under powering with the psu. not sure though.
