What I was hoping to do is make a poll format that looks similar to this site, http://www.ctv.ca/ But, also make it so the choice that the person selects is sent to my email address. And once the selection is made a window pops-up with the result.

http://www.pollhead.com is a cool site that lets yu make polls and stuff. Also try bravetnet.. http://www.bravenet.com - they have plenty of free stuff there that might be of use to you.

As mentioned in one of the earlier threads here, if you want to have a real nice self made poll, then you will have to use MySQL & PHP.. this will take you a bit longer and you might end up spending a lot of $$$ as well.
