Explorer stops working

I recently downloaded Explorer 8 Beta hoping to cure Explorer 7 which kept stopped working after a short time - message "explorer has stopped working trying to find cause - then cannot find problem" Fir instance I was trying to submit an order for two or three items on-line - managed to enter one item and then got the message stopped working" and could not get any further. Please, any ideas?

Beta programs shouldn't be installed on main machine, unless you're looking for more issues.
