Toshiba A105 Laptop DVD/CD-RW Drive is reading DVD, but not music CDs

I have uninstall previous DVD/CD-ROM and installed new one from Toshiba update/download site....still can not playing any music CDs, but my DVDs are working just fine. Music Cds aren't even showing up in the D: ...This has been going on for a few months, I have just cope with the burden..is there anything I can do to get it working...I notice that I no longer have any CD burning program on my computer...In advance, thanks for any and all help!!!

Update: ran AutoPlay wizard, post is attached, really don't now what to do now, would deleting upper and lower filter in registry help...i dont know how to do that...I really could use some help...I am not very good at this kind of stuff...my brother-in-law said this forum was awesome...
