Outlook Imap doesn't automatically connect nor is included in send

Does anybody know how to make your imap automatically connect when outlook is started? For some odd reason I have 5 imap accounts and all of them automatically connect except for 1. Any suggestions?

help! Why do I need to click the tree in my personal file folders to establish IMAP connection everytime I startup my outlook?
