Have parts for a new build including,

Asus P5Q-Deluxe ExGATE 16PP S775 P45 DDR2 FSB1600 3xPCIE RAID 3xLAN 2xFW ATX
Intel ATX E8400 CORE 2 DUO /3.0GHz/6MB/1333FSB/LGA775
OS. XP 32bit.

Memory will be,

2 x Corsair DDR2 Twin2X (2048MB Kit) 6400C4 2048Mb (2X1024MB) USING 4 SLOTS.
OR
Corsair DDR2 Twin2X 4096 6400C5 4Gb USING 2 SLOTS.

Help please deciding which set up is more effecient, and, or, faster.
