:) Internet access (IE) is blocked by some wretched program from Netsweeper. This is the message:

"The server at 208.34.108.70 at Netsweeper Authentication requires a username and password."

When I click "cancel," an error message comes up: "Cache access denied" from netsweeper2.netacc.net. Of course I do not wish to visit that site to investigate lest something happens.

When I try to install Firefox, it won't even load...Help!

Thanks in advance for your time...

A small quote from the "Terms of Use":

Due to the nature of online help we are not able to verify ownership, and will not be able to help bypass or recover any passwords

Under that rule, we are not allowed to help you. Please contact the owner of the computer that you are on to get the password to get past Netsweeper.

I am sorry that I couldn't be of more assistance.
