Internet access (IE) is blocked by some wretched program from Netsweeper. This is the message:

"The server at 208.34.108.70 at Netsweeper Authentication requires a username and password."

When I click "cancel," an error message comes up: "Cache access denied" from netsweeper2.netacc.net. Of course I do not wish to visit that site to investigate lest something happens.

When I try to install Firefox, it won't even load...Help!
