Hello I found something odd and I wanted to inquire about. The best speeds I ever get is between 200-450kb/s but usually on the lower end. Today I decided to check my connection speed on speedtest.net

The connection download said it was at 4692kb/s, thats a huge difference. Thats like 5%....is that normal ?

Your browser reports speeds in KB/s, so if you see 500KB in your browser your speed is 4096kbps or 4.096Mbps.

Speed test sites report speeds in kbps, so if you see 5000kbps, that's equivalent to 610.5KB/s in your browser.
