How to remove Win32Lighty-J (cryp) [Closed]

Yesterday my Avast starting catching a virus called Win32Lighty-J (cryp)..every time it Avast catches it I delete it but it keeps coming back. Avast is catching them as they come in but how do I get rid of it completely....

Pulling my hair out!

Thanx for the info Jimmy but I can't get past the 1st step. I used the ATF cleaner but when I type in the urls's for the system restore it comes back and "not found"...I do not know how to proceed from here????
