The link you gave seems to be valid with all but vista. Should I still try it?

Just as an FYI: I managed to get an ethernet and hooked it into my laptop and router. Still nothing. I tried to "repair" the connection in Network Connections and it gives me 2 options:
1) "Thenetwork adapter "Realtek TL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Thernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues. Clcik here for information"
Try to do something with this, it takes me to Window's help (which isn't much help)
2) Make sure your Internet Protocol Bindings are correct. Ensure that "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" are selected in the configuration for the network adapter "Local Area Connection".
I did indeed make sure that IPv6 and IPv4 are checked.

"Winsock 2 Repair Utility
This program....
[in green] No problems found.
-Advanced-
(checkbox) I know what I'm doing..."
Then there are 2 boxes, left and right. The left has the following files in it:
NLAapi.dll
napinsp.dll
pnrpnsp.dll
mswsock.dll
winrnr.dll
I have the option to select these files and move them over to the right side, which is the "remove" side.
Should I be removing any of these?
BTW: Congrats on 1000+ posts!

Is Realtek listed in Device Manager under Network Adapters? Any errors?"Thenetwork adapter "Realtek TL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Thernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues.

Network Adapters:
Atheros AR5006EG Wireless Network Adapter
Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
When I double click on the Realtek, it says (under device Status)
"This device is working properly."
Same thing for the Atheros.

What computer brand, and model?

Try to reinstall both drivers anyway. Which connection do you normally use, wired (Realtek), or wireless (Atheros). What type of connection is it?
What computer brand, and model?
I'll try to reinstall the drivers again.
I've always been using the Atheros (wireless) connection in my house. The router is a Linksys (Broadcasting G) (802.11G)
Computer = Toshiba / Satellite A135-S4527

I uninstalled all the drivers and then reinstalled them (the wireless and ethernet). At first it didnt work, so I got the idea of trying a driver that was a previous build (not the newest). After that installed, it scanned my network and it asked for my WEP. I input my WEP and tried to connect. It said, "Windows is taking longer than usual to connect."
A few seconds later, the folllowing message pops up.
"Connection Unsuccessful
This computer is connected to [my network] but does not have access to the internet.
-This might be caused by an incorrect WEP key or low wireless signal strength.
-If you are connecting to a wireless hotspot, you might need to open a web browser to finish connecting.
[Diagnose the problem]"
I know that the WEP key is correct, and my laptop is about 2 feet from my router.
I took a peak at my Router settings [192.168.1.1] and WEP key is confirmed. Also, I wanted to make sure that I was not disallowing my MAC, which is also confirmed.
I'm still completely puzzled, as I have not had this issue EVER.
As for hardwiring... I did do that, but still no luck.

Do you think I should try to do a system repair with a vista disk? I'll try to find one from someone, but would it matter if it's not the same disk I have on my computer?
Example:
(computer is running Home premium, disk is ultimate)
Thanks.

The computer is working correctly, and is connecting to the router. The problem is between the router and your ISP.
Did you hard wire to your modem? Still no connection? time to call your ISP

You should not do a repair install.

Called ISP and Linksys... They have no idea. They are each saying call each other [isp saying to call linksys, linksys saying call ISP]
