Hello..

I built an unofficial site for a private company, and within days I started getting a desent ammount of traffic...

I mostly use phpbb3, but I have tried portals, CMS like joomla and such, but I really would like to have a setup similar to geeksto go..

A home page, which shares the color scheme of phpbb(or visa versa, which I really would like to change completely)
The Forum Page
A Search Page

And be able to have a constant header that is on every page....
I built pages back when it was all html, and I really dont know php, but I can find whatever and add whatever.....

Can someone show me the ropes to getting this type of setup started?

edit!! almost forgot... the link

If your looking to do something like that look for packages that have a bridge between CMS & Forum.

For example the main site of GTG is powered by Wordpress, but the forum is IPB. They can be connected with packages such as "Wordpress-IPB Bridge"
