CuCusoft and Dr Watson Error

I installed a copy of CuCusoft Ipod converter that a friend gave me. After installing and running the program I tried to convert a video. This caused my computer to lock up and forcing me to restart. The can of worms has now been opened.

After starting back up I decided to run a video file. The following happens everytime:

1. "Data Execution Prevention" window pops up
2. After closing that I get the following: "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem.." window pops up
3. Followed sometimes by the "Dr. Watson Debugger has encountered a problem.."
4. I then have to restart my computer

This will happen if I right click on the video files also.
