program PC Mighty Max I think messed up my computer

I have Windows Vista (upgraded from disk), I was missing alot of programs. I used PC Might Max and I did get my color back, and missing programs, but now, I think my computer is messed up more. First I need to remove my daughter as administrator, but can't, then some programs that I can't remove or correct I should be able to. Now this email I can't send, but I can put it in the draft section, and go in and key in what is missing (from this email). The computer is slow, windows stops responding and I'm about to give up. Thanks
