I randomly get a message saying 'You have enoucntered a problem with Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger and need to close etc and then wen i click close and send error report my computer crashes. Cany Any1 help ?

My internet explorer and mozilla firefox would always crash so i rebooted and deleted evrything off my computer. This is the first time ive had this message
i use windows xp amd athlon x64

ANY HELP would be appreciated
