To the people at geeks to go, this is my story...

A while ago I had a problem, I had Norton Internet Secuirty 2003, and along with that Norton Antivirus 2003... Everything was fine with these programs so I extended my subscription another year into 2006. Recently, I had a problem, there was a keylogger file found in my windows/system32 file, if I remember it was called csrss.dll or .exe or something. Norton wouldn't touch the fail saying it didn't have the rights to, so I tried in safe mode still nothing, I went to the site on information how to remove the virus, tried all those tricks on it, nothing, I removed it from the Startup in msconfig and I deleted it from the file windows/system32 and i also think i removed it from registry, still something was wrong. My friend said he had something like it before, just download McAfee, and seeing McAfee had a free trial going from download.com I gave it a shot, it asked me to remove my Norton programs for it to install, I agreed. When it didn't fix the problem I wanted to restore my Norton programs, I couldn't do this through the site because me download link was gone so I tried to system restore, then for a period of about a month I tried to contact Symantec about the problem, never got anything, I tried to download tools unistall them, nothing worked, and so for a while I gave it up. Anyways, I've tried this again after discovering I have the Norton Internet Security 2003 CD, I began again trying to remove stuff and after a while was sucessful, I now have in installed on my computer but it won't put up the firewall or activate the auto-protect because it says I don't have the privelages to... I am the administrator of my computer... meanwhile in the background I have some thing that pops up on my desktop saying "click me" and it has to do with phoning, and I'm also getting other random pop ups, these didn't begin after the fall of Norton but they began about yesterday, so I read what you guys have here, i have ad-aware se personal and spybot (which won't fix one of my problems, it tell me to reboot and then let it run on start up, it does and just repeats saying i have to reboot and let it run again on start up), also i got two new weird problems with start up saying they can't find some fil that is like /r then a bunch of boxes, and finally i used to run this game at 125 fps sometimes 150 and now i get like 40-50 sometimes even 30, so if theres any un-necessary processes going please tell how to get rid of them... someone save me !~

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Run killbox and click the radio button that says Delete a file on reboot. For each of the files you could not delete, paste them one at a time into the full path of file to delete box and click the red circle with a white cross in it.
The program will ask you if you want to reboot; say No each time until the last one has been pasted in whereupon you should answer Yes. Let the system reboot.

Alright, i gave her a shot.. Unforunately I couldn't run either of the scans they both wanted ActiveX controls, I tried to allow them but neither seemed to go, and neither ran in my firefox browser...

I downloaded that and ran the scan, still haven't been able to make a virus log i don't understand that neither of the online virus scans are working... also neither my norton internet security is still a mess, once we get this stuff fix maybe we can go to that because i still have a years subscription there...

when i ran the scan i had 31 infections it said 3 disinfected and 28 deleted but there was a lot of files it couldn't delete

Once again I couldn't run either scan in Mozilla and my Internet Explorer is crashing, I ran disk clean up last time I recovered 2 gigs that time I recovered about 100 megs.
