Aurora and Nail.EXE needs Removal

Hello, and thank you in advance to all the guys that spend time looking at logs and helping people get rid of this s**t.

I have Aurora popping up ads and Nail.exe is everpresent and undeletable. I followed all of the instructions that were given in this thread: http://www.geekstogo...ded-t19984.html . I deleted more than what was listed in that post from the registry. I searched for anythign that had 'nail.exe' 'svcproc' or 'Bolger' in the registry and deleted those that seemed suspect. I still have Aurora popus and Nail.exe is still around so I guess i need a custom answer and Log analysis so below are my current Hijack this 1.99.1 and FindIts Logs (niether of these were generated in safe mode):
