Slow motion

Hi

Everything is going in slow motion games cards. I hear a swishing sound in my laptop & thats when things go in slow motion . I also have trouble controling mouse arrow goes all over the place. Any help ? Liz

It sounds like you having issue with malware, do you have this issue more when connected to the internet?
