Hello, I have come here because I have no where else to turn. I have attached a photo of my desktop to this post, to show you what I am dealing with. My problem is that there is an ad on my desktop, and will not remove its self. Plus, I can't use my anti-spyware or anti-virus scanner to remove it, because they seem to be paralyzed. I also tried to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to shut it down in processes, but the processes folder is blank, completly blank. So, if anyone has an idea, or a solution of some kind, reply A.S.A.P.

Thanks in advance; John C.
