Troubleshooting my mother's computer -- IE and Firefox will not open. Worked fine 3 days ago. She has SpyDoctor installed and I am running a scan. I'm not familiar with this program so I do not know what its clean-up capabilities are. I came home while scan continues to see if there was information on several of the infections. Since she has no internet I was not able to send a screen shot. Additionally the PC is running exceptionally slow. Of the 130 infections (at 22% complete) 4 are of concern. If anyone has some advice, please send my way. Below are the infections:

spyware.known_bad_sites (8 found)
rogueantispyware.spywarebot (16 found)
4 others found in hidden files that are not identified
