can't watch videos online

Hi, I currently have a problem viewing video's online. All videos I try to watch such as Youtube, megavideo, etc. freezes after 2 secs of watching it, this happened just recently and I don't know what is going on, if anyone can tell me how to fix this I would gladly appreciate it.
