I keep getting the blue screen telling me to disable bios memory option caching or shadowing. How do I find that on my computer. I have an Compaq Presario?

Post FULL error message.
At what point are you getting the error?
Are you able to boot to Windows?

Yes I can boot up. It pops up at different times. Sometimes when I am looking at pictures, sometimes when I am just checking email, sometimes if I have 2 browsers open. No time in particular, just whenever it wants to.

Thanks
