After accessing website earlier today my computer crashed wth a stop: c000021a fatal error. After attempting to reboot several times and getting the same error I ran a complete hardware diagnostics to discover everything was ok. I entered safe mode, removed my virus software and rebooted. This time I could login without any errors. However, the system seemed slow and I was unable to access task manager. I have tried downloading and using ad-aware se and trend micro housecall, spybot, cwstripper but nothing will run ie. they all hang in normal mode - I can only get them to operate in safemode. have I got a virus or is my laptop hardware ill. Help......
