Hello all,

newbie here, need help!

Been really fighting issues here first started with could not get to secure websites, and after searching net found some issues with sp3 installs and on recommendation of someone removed ie7 and tried to revert back to ie6. then could not get to net at all, but could access my email still. more searching I was able to go in to msconfig and then get to web again, but still no secure sites. then installed ie7 again and now cannot access web anymore. system restore will not run always says cannot restore to date and no files changed. have ran every thing on my comp for spyware/viruses and nothing found. but none can seem to update(no web access).


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
