Considering it's a virus I highly suggest you post a HijackThis log in the section. They'll give you alot of help. I could explain how to re-enable it but until you get rid of the core virus it'll probably disable it again, thus making the problem redundant.A virus blocked entry into my registry and i've looked for solutions but all i can find are solutions for Windows XP and other systems. None for VISTA! What can I do to fix this problem since I have Windows Vista???

Also it's never good to have a virus/malware/worms/trojans just sitting around in your computer festering.
