I can get it to run stable at 2.5 FSB 250 Multiplier x10. But i am reading people are getting 2.7 no problem. I maxed out the Voltage at 1.5. When i try to up the FSB anymore it just wont boot. It try's then restarts. What should I do?!

Not all processors overclock to the same degree. Most low-ended processors available for sale these days are ones that failed running at higher speeds are but are stable at lower speeds so get sold at that. Your 3800 base runs at 2Ghz so it's already running 25% faster. That may be all it can do.
