Services.msc won't run Win XP Home

Hi,

I'm new to Geeksto go so please be gentle!!

I can't seem to get services.msc to show when using "Start" "Run" services.msc then selecting "OK"

Trying to access Services from "Control Panel", "Administrative tools" also doesn't work.

Any help would be highly appreciated as I've spent hours trying to get it to work to no avail.
