explorer, firefox cannot display the webpage

Hello, today in the morning I went to mozilla firefox website and downloaded firefox, after installing it, explorer and firefox won't load any of the pages, I tried system restore, and everything on microsoft website how to fix it, and now I am lost, and don't know what to do :s. I know that my internet is working because torrents are downloading, skype and messenger are working.
Please help me :s

Hello,
You are most likely infected with malware.
You will have to remove any P2P, or torrent programs before we can help you.
I suggest you go to the Malware Forum after you remove the torrent and P2P software and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Thans for help, but you can now close this topic, I solved the problem, norton was blocking access :)
