hello all, how do stop fan from running constantly in my laptop? i read something about powersave on toshibas but i have a dell.

Normally that fan runs on an "As Needed" basis? You can try to clean it out with canned air to help reduce the need for the fan, but it's kindof tough in a laptop. Hard to do it without blowing all the dust further into your laptop.
