I recently recovered my pc from a virus (not sure if it's a virus) called ibcxz a registry error. I tried system restore it did not work then, I formatted my hard drive and installed a new anti virus..everything works fine except i can't play any games. When it comes to installing all of windows update, once i reboot my pc, it only shows rainbow colours on my login screen :) . I haven't tried any other options yet apart from only to rollback my graphic driver. It won't update my drivers successfully from the control panel.

Go to the website of the people who made your computer, look up your particular model and download the graphics driver from there. A computer with "Standard VGA Graphic Adaptor" is using a very very basic catch-all driver that is only just about capable of showing you something never mind doing anything fantastic.
