Can't remove Virtumonde

My computer has been infected with Virtumonde. I have read the guidance posted here & I have tried:

1. VundoFix -- didn't find any infection
2. SUPER AntiSpyware -- always finds Vundo, says that it is removed, but then it comes back
3. Spyware Doctor w/ Antivirus -- always finds it, says that it is cleaned, but then it comes back on restart
4. Virtumondo Be Gone -- notihing found - will post log file
5. Updated McAfee virus definitions & scanned -- nothing found, of course
6. Downloaded Windows Security Updates
7. Spybot SD -- running, but not sure if this is useful or not.


I have also downloaded HijackThis and will post the log file shortly. Any help would be appreciated... These popups are really annoying! Thanks and Happy Holidays.
