I tried restarting windows in safe mode, the cons showed up and my documents on the desktop. I tried system restore, after restart, it did not work, it still displays blank! I restarted in safe mode again but surprisingly, all my files are gone and I only found few icons on the desktop. The situation is getting worse please HELP!!!
