Escan antivirus is blocking f-secure?

Recently I patched my escan antivirus program, and while it was installing it said that I should get rid of all other antivirus programs that I had installed, or I could just continue. So I did, but then after it was finished being patched my f-secure wouldn't open at all. Not when I click on it, or when I start up my computer (it used to start automatically). Is there anywhere that I can go to unblock f-secure? Or are there any suggestions on what I should do to solve this problem? Please help.
