dual boot with xp and mac os x with 2 hard drives

ok i got 2 hard drives and i got a copy of os x for intel and i got a copy of gold cobra xp w/ sp3 and i got 2 hard drives both sata...wats the easiest way to do run a dual boot? i got some instuctions but i just wanna wipe both hard drives clean anyways cuz my crystal xp messed up one me already so any help and tips you guys got would be great
