Trying pulling the Cable Modem Directly into your Computer.

When you do this make sure you uplug your cable modem for at least one min.

See if you get an IP address this way.

if you are having the same results, this means your not getting an IP Address from Comcast.

Is your cable light on your cable modem flashing?

Either way I would suggest you give Comcast a call.

I have an IP address from comcast, I can connect too. Yes the light on cable modem(comcast) is flashing(more like blink). But my connection is slower than before(from 28000kb to 9000kb dl speed)
